We have a comprehensive range of forging products at competitive prices. We maintain highest level of precision in our products and subject them to stringent quality checks during the manufacturing process. This results in excellent quality and long durability.
We produces over 50 different parts and make forgings by using Drop Hammers and Ring Rolling. Almost all forgings that we make are custom made as per customer's drawing and specifications. We can also carry out reverse engineering on components, whenever drawings/ specifications are unavailable. Using Induction Heating and Oil Fired furnaces, parts are forged in carbon, alloy and stainless steel and can range in weight from few hundred grams to 15 KG. Components can be supplied as forged or semi/fully finished CNC turned condition. Special VCI Packing is provided for export components.
